Great groomers!! My baby came out like a brand new dog! But sadly it will be the last time since they told me my dog is too big and their shop is too small for her. So if your dog is 35-45 lbs they probably won’t take your dog or if they’re a samoyed or along those lines. But either way they are amazing and gentle. I super appreciate them!

The staff is great, waffle doesn’t love being bathed, but they deal with her really well and always give her a cute bandana. I feel very confident my dog is safe and well cared for during her groom.

We’ve been taking our dog here for about a year and haven’t had any major problems. However, we picked up our dog this week after being groomed and our dog’s outer tip of his ear was bleeding pretty badly. I called the groomer to address what had happened and they denied that it was their fault and that it must have happened after he left it did not, these pictures were taken a few minutes after we left the groomers when I noticed there was blood on my hand from petting him -which I have a timestamp for. The lack of transparency and ownership over the issue and treatment of our dog is not acceptable and we will not be returning. If they had acknowledged a mistake was made and tried to remedy the situation, I would have not written this review as I understand mistakes happen. I have never written a review for a business before but the lack of professionalism was something that I felt should be shared.

They were able to fit us in on short notice. Grooming was professional and looked nice.

We love Happy Grooming. They were recommended to me by a friend who used to live in the area for grooming her Pomeranian. We have a small, dachshund mix who can be nervous at the groomers. It used to be just easier to bath/groom her at home - even though I did a poor job - until we found Happy Grooming. Game changer! They do a fantastic job, great prices, are reliable and quick, great customer service, and my dog comes back happy and safe. You must call at least a week in advance if not more because they are often well booked up.
