For over 30 years, Happy Hooker Towing and Transportation has been serving the citizens and streets of Wichita, KS and the surrounding area.
Located on South Broadway, Happy Hooker can be seen all over in our standard red rollbacks. When you see one know that the driver is licensed, trained, safe and courteous. Trust that customer service is of the highest importance and all of our staff and drivers are drug and alcohol free.

Very happy with the tow service I was provided with. The service was quick, damage free, and professional. I also want to thank Fuji who was the driver, he was very kind the whole time. We held a conversation most of the night while loading up my vehicle and unloading it once we got it to the dealership.Service: Car towing

Although no one ever wants their car towed or impounded. The staff are nice and had great customer service.
They always do a good job for me...this time was good too except that our original driver showed up to the flat tire change and his jack was broken so we had to wait for a second truck.. At that point it went very quickly when they got the jack. However the cost was ridiculous....$120! Why is a tire change the same price as a tow that burns 3x as much gas! That should be a $50-$75 job MAX! We should have definitely gotten a discount given the fact that we had to wait so long for the 2nd truck. Will probably call a different company next time.
I have been towing for a long time well last night I was in ict and the Stupids struck I locked my keys in my truck my lockout set was in the back seat we all have bad days so I called Jeremy showed up despite the setback of his good lockout tools being stolen and using bare bones he worked like hell to get me in despite the difficulty with my truck he did it friendly did not let the aggravation show and I know there was some was fast and curious we need more people like that in the industryServices: Battery service
I called for a tow and they gave us an estimated time but they still haven’t arrived 1 hour later… I called and they said the driver doesn’t start working until 9am but they told us they will arrive at 8:45 am. I called again after they told me to wait 20 minutes and the employee gave the nastiness attitude saying that they already told us the driver is on the way & if we can’t wait then leave. Worst company with the worst employees. Save yourself and do not use this company for anythingService: Car towing
Well I called the tow service at 8:20 and asked if they could meet me at 9:30 pm to tow a vehicle. I called back to confirm they then informed me that they had another call ahead of me. So now we wait I call back 10:00 they tell me the driver is finishing up and we are next 45 minutes go by nothing, so call back again. Telling me he's on his way again. Driver calls me at 11:20 and is 3 miles south of us on another street. Finally he gets to us at 11:45. I ask him about why it took so long he said they put 2 orders in front of me. Funny part is they settle up with you at the end of the tow, the driver asked us for the money before he loaded the truck.... So basically they kept lying to me. I Would NEVER use this Tow service AGAIN!!!
Well they got my truck off of the road and kept it for less than 24hrs... yep you guessed it over $1000.00 spent today uugghhh
DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU TOTAL YOUR CAR. I DID AND THEY CHARGED ME OVER $600 AND MY CAR NEVER LEFT WICHITA
Best tow place in town.. 75$ anywhere in Wichita
