Happy Rock Smoke Shop and Vape

Not only have the guys at this shop been helpful in terms of explaining what's in their store, but they go above and beyond by showing you the different options they have for your specific needs, explaining how the different types of products can help with your needs, showing you everything they have in terms of flavors and options and fun designs, and they have all kinds of things like stickers and bags and shirts too! But what I like best of all? They know a lot about what they do and they have no problem talking to you about your needs and your interests and helping you figure out what to try! They are easy to talk to and know a lot about everything they sell! Next time I go I'll see if they will let me take pictures

I love this shop but one complaint I do have is prices change rapidly depending on the worker. I paid 6.00 for a very small bottle of blunt effects car spray the same exact bottle I get for 3.59 elsewhere but the guys that work there are pretty chill and usually are good about making it work. Ladies wear your make up and your prices may drop lol. But overall it's one of the better smoke shops I'd say.

Heaven!! Today I visited one of the coolest stores in the Northland and it's called Happy Rock discount smokes. the moment you walk in the door you're bombarded by every kind of paraphernalia you could ever possibly imagine. The patrons in the store were just as friendly as the staff themselves. My friend went in looking for a piece for her vape the other stores did not have we were referred here and they immediately had exactly what she needed. I am giving this store five stars because a gem like this is needed in the Northland.

Really disappointed with my most recent visit. I've been stopping in periodically for years, been really happy with the selection and service. Finally quit smoking cigarettes and switched to vapes to help me quit. Bought a flavor, at the recommendation of one of the employees, had said vape for approx 24 hours, determined that the flavor was too harsh and I couldn't breathe when I used the product. Went back in to ask if I could exchange for a different flavor and was told that they would only exchange if the vape itself was defective. So, because I was honest about the problem they refused to work with me, even though they were the ones to recommend it in the first place. So if you need to exchange anything, be sure to only tell them that the item is defective. Edit to respond to comment from owner: I didn't dislike the flavor. The flavor was fine, I couldn't breathe after 1 puff off the vape. As far as trying the product before leaving the store, not one person has ever asked or offered to make sure the product works before I left your store. I understand policy, but there was no need for the employee to be so smug or arrogant about the situation. Had I just lied and said it didn't work he would've had no issue trading it out, but the fact is that it didn't work correctly, because if it had I would have been able to breathe, and not have had to use my inhaler after using the product from your store.

They have a wide selection of items. Reasonably priced and the employees are knowledgeable. I was looking for a specific item. The employee knew what it was as I described it and showed me a nice selection. I have been here before and the merchandise is organized so you can find exactly what you are looking for.

That place is packed with so much smoking paraphernalia that you can hardly move thru the place. But whatever you need, I promise they have. The people working there are very experienced and happy to answer questions and get you what you need

Staff was extremely helpful for our needs. Asked us our budget and what we were looking for. Their selection is very impressive.

I go here when I get a chance but last visit they charged $2 extra on my card without me knowing. Unless I'm explained there is an extra fee for using card, I was told my total was different at the store.

I can rant my personal experience but I’ll just say this….this place is a complete rip off! Way over priced on EVERYTHING and they purposely sell products that they know at least 90% don’t work and refuse to exchange or refund! Trust me, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Even though the store is the size of walk in closet, they always have awesome glassware, and good customer service.
