Got a great deal on a generator. The guys were so helpful and even help me load it into my car. I could shop there all day long. They have great stuff.

The tools and products are low priced not professional grade. Most of us are just looking for a tool that will work to get us out of a jam, not depending on it as tradesmen. This is the only place where occasional use tools are available at bargain prices.
If you need a tool you will find it at harbor freight
Products are off brand, but not inferior. Bought a lot of power tools, hand tools and supplies here over the last year and never been disappointed. Saved myself $hundreds and often find prices are half that of major retail chains. Always check the coupons before you go!
They need to reorganize/relabel in a more logical fashion. An entire isle just labeled hammers and most of it wasn't hammers for example
