Love them, I got rear ended back in 2011 and being only 20 I had no idea what to do or how things work when you got in an accident. Luckily I knew to at least get the other persons info but my chiropractor referred me to this law firm and I loved them. I worked with Ann and she was so helpful and did everything for me, she even said she has never had such a hard time with the other insurance. We worked together and I got the money to get my rear bumper fixed and I always recommend them to come workers and family. I can't thank them enough for their help and hopefully I won't have to use them in the future, but if I do I will definitely go back to them.

Extremely rude receptionist. Turned me away lying, saying they don't take injuries. Wouldn't even listen to my case.

This is a very professional, efficient and honest law firm! I was the victim of a hit and run at Pike Street Market on August 13, 2015. The next day after my release from the hospital, I signed a contract with Hardwick & Pendergast, P.S. to represent me. I live in downtown Seattle and don’t drive or own a car, but was able to do nearly everything on the Internet, snail mail and phone conversations with H&Ps knowledgeable, polite and friendly legal staff located in Renton. I know from past experience that things legal can drag on for many months, or even years; however, in about 90 days, I had my settlement check for more than what I thought possible! THANKS H&P FOR MY FREE HAWAIIAN VACATION WITH ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES! Today, I feel twice blessed – to have made a long recovery in a short time for what should have been a fatal accident or serious injury – and to have received generous compensation for the potentially deadly rendezvous in a crosswalk with a speeding automobile going in excess of 40 MPH.

My mom was rear-ended on the freeway, causing injury to her. She was injured and in need of help. The insurance companies were making her life difficult. I had heard about Hardwick & Pendergast and sent my mom there. I could not be more pleased with the way they treated her and helped her through this stressful and traumatic time. The staff was wonderful and Mr. Pendergast went above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend him and his law firm.

A friend of mine recommended I go to Hardwick & Pendergast after I was in a bad car accident. He was right! I couldn't be happier with the results. The staff is very knowledgeable about every aspect of a personal injury case. Ann & Storm really went to bat for me & made sure the insurance companies took care of my auto & medical claims. Mr. Pendergast took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and address any concerns I had. In the end, they were able to settle my case for far more than I expected. I highly recommend this firm.
