We try to visit all Harley Davidson dealers when we travel. This is by far the worst we have ever to. Not very well kept up. The weeds and grass made us wonder if it was even open. The accessories had obviously been on the shelves for a while... The packaging was yellowed.

Went to the Trail of Honor, it was really good. It is Awesome that the dealership closes down once a year for this. The traveling Vietnam Memorial Wall was definitely a must see! I would give them my business but they are 3hrs away.

The changed our blown tire, new brake pads and down the road in 2 1/2 hrs great job guys!

Stopped in on a Saturday and had amazing customer service. Cute store and we will be back.

NASTY place,Nasty people. Came to Jackson from Orlando Florida for A class reunion..rode my Harley the whole way.. Always wanted to go to this dealership,big mistake
