The technician called me before the scheduled time to alert me he was on his way. When he arrived, his truck had the company information on it, his shirt had a logo on it, and handed me a business card. Holden was very nice and friendly. The replacement of my windshield was prompt and he even moved my car starter sensor out of my line of vision from where it was originally located. I recommend this company for auto glass replacement.

Great job! Installer did an effective install, answered all my questions and gave me good information about the entire functionality of the windshield.i especially appreciated the cleaning and vacuuming of the car interior when the job was done. The person that came was professional and very efficient. It took less than an hour for my windshield to be removed and the new one installed. Booking was great too. They made sure that I had the right windshield design for my truck there were three!.

After contacting several other glass companies. I called Harmon glass to replace the windshield in my 1978, Jeep, Cj5. When the other glass companies refused to work on this old of a vehicle. Harmon sent out Holden. Holden was knowledgeable, hardworking, and talented. I had researched the process on the web, Most forums recommended that this install required two people. The people at Harmon Auto Glass in Roseville MN were extremely helpful and courteous. When I first called in, I was quoted about $150 less than Safelight. She said the trim panels that come on the sides of my 2013 Ford Explorer cost $150, but that she could get them for me for less. Then when Bill installed the windshield, he was actually able to re-use my current panels and didn’t charge me for trim at all! His expertise saved me a lot of money, and let’s face it, if it’s possible to re-use something that is in fine condition, we should! He also was very helpful in recommending some rust and chip remediation. He took time out of his day to tell me all he knew about it. Thanks again, Bill and all!

Extremely satisfied with the service. Holden Olson was very knowledgeable and confident and explained the procedure of windshield replacement. I am glad I chose Harmon Glass my floor mats were even vacuumed!

Holden and Jordan were professional and curtious from the beginning. They called in the morning to let me know of their estimated arrival and then called again when they were on there way to my home. They were quick and efficient and even kind to my dog! I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I could select specific time to bring in the car for a windshield replacement. At other large auto glass company I couldn't. Work done in 1.5 hours as promised. Cost $100 less than other large auto glass company wanted. Great job.
