Soya Lee is very knowledgeable. Her office is very calming and clean. This was my first visit to an acupuncturist and I would highly recommend it. Not painful at all, actually relaxing.

This is a 5-star review: in a nutshell I needed help with infertility, had acupuncture, and got pregnant after 1 month. As my husband points out, it’s not the acupuncture that made me pregnant, but without a doubt I know that Soya’s highly effective treatments pushed my body into functioning properly again. If acupuncture is able to affect with such easily visible results like a pregnancy, just think how it can help with more elusive medical problems. Here are more details of my story of you are interested: Last April I sought Soya’s help getting my body in better shape to have a second child. We had a two and a half year old already, but we were disappointed when another was not conceived for a couple of years. It made sense that it wasn’t happening easily, as I had chronic fatigue, back aches, not the best diet, lived on coffee or “fake energy” etc. I had tried acupuncture before when I lived in another town, and finally just googled for a new acupuncturist. I found Soya and her informative website. After my initial appointment, I was very energized by Soya’s excellent dietary advice and numerous other “homework” assignments. I left with a two page list of things to incorporate into my routines—some dietary advice, some products like an earthing sheet, castor oil packs and a hot water bottle, homemade magnesium spray, iodine drops, coconut oil for oil pulling. (I admit I am one that thinks home remedies are nifty.). I committed to at least 6 straight weeks of appointments. And I committed to quitting coffee. I started immediately to incorporate what homework I could, other things took time. As my body was pretty cold and I had experienced low energy for quite some time, as expected it took a few weeks and treatments to consciously “feel” the effects of acupuncture. Other female body functions, however, did not take nearly as long to change. I had not yet had my second acupuncture when I was shocked-just shocked! to see a huge change in my menstrual cycle. I quickly became pregnant, a little to our surprise after having trouble for a couple of years. I had an easier pregnancy than with my first, but not without normal difficulties. I developed debilitating knee pain with the shifting of my weight, and Soya got me mobile and pain free again with acupuncture and kinesiology tape. I felt an earache coming on, and with acupuncture and oil pulling we were able to remedy the problem. I had always had back pain in part due to spinal fusion and rods in my back, but this pregnancy I was able to identify it more as kidney pain and was encouraged to keep drinking my warm water with lemon and sea salt in the mornings. Back pains disappeared. I was 39 weeks pregnant, 37 yeas old, and moving around like a 20 year old. I delivered a healthy baby, and was under my pregnancy start weight by 2 weeks postpartum. Milk supply is great. Baby weight gain is good. She is a joy, and is a very content baby perhaps partly because I continued monthly acupuncture throughout the pregnancy. She has a great appetite and at 3 months old is sleeping in 6-8 hour stretches at night. It seems her circadian rhythm is spot on—she is awakened by daylight and fusses and protests if she’s not in bed just before dark. I cannot tell you enough how happy our family is with Soya. After helping me so much, my husband has even started seeing her. I’ll have him write his own review!

My teenage son suffers from digestive issues & chronic constipation. 18 months of western medicine & he still described his pain as a 6 on a scale of 1 to 10. Since being treated by Soya Lee he now says he’s a 0 or 1! We are so grateful for the knowledge, patience & professional treatment he has received from Soya & have already recommended her to friends.

I TRIED EVERYTHING!!! I had been dealing with the issue of insomnia for a few years and in that time I believe I tried everything to overcome my problems. Recently, in desperation, I Googled "Acupuncturists" and discovered Harmony Acupuncture listed Insomnia as an item with which they could help. Their offices are neat and clean with a soothing and tranquil ambience...and Soya is incredible. She is friendly, knowledgeable in the field of acupuncture, herbal medicine, and other non-Western medical treatments. Most importantly, for me, she gets results! I, virtually, tried everything...from OTC products, prescriptive medications, removing the TV from my bedroom, "My Pillows", meditation, gravity blanket, CPAP machine and masks, and more. Nothing worked (except the prescriptive sleeping pills but I experienced seriously troubling side effects) until acupuncture. I recommend acupuncture AND Soya wholeheartedly. Checkout the website; if you don't see your issue listed, call and discuss whether or not acupuncture is an option for you.
