I can’t seem to get management to keep a promise they made to me to repair some miner issues. Replace a bend blinds in the front window and paint a crack on the wall.

The manager lady and maintenance man are very good and nice people. However Peak Living Properties is charging seniors already living in low income apartments a 15 dollar fee to use it's online rent payment portal. So I need to pay an additional ridiculously high fee to pay my rent? Not cool at all.

I knew Harmony Gardens was gonna be a great fit for me especially with Nicole's undivided attention & professional manner. I recommend to everyone who qualifies a great place to call home. Thanks HG.

Love living here! Nicole the manager works hard to make sure you have a nice time here and John is fast to fix things right. I plan on being here the rest of my life! You couldn't ask for nicer neighbor's!

My mother lives here, small apartments and getting anything fixed takes a while but the staff is friendly and the people are very nice.

Gramps moved here. Seems like a nice place.
