Elena graduated from Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2015 completing the Associate Degree in Occupational Studies. On top of learning Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point Therapy, her advanced specialty certifications include Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Sports Massage, and HydroStone Massage. She also has training and practice with Cranial Sacral, Prenatal Massage, and Healing Touch. Recently, she has become a Certified Cupping Therapist and practices the Contemporary Cupping Methods integrated with Hydrostone to create a unique healing method for each client.
Elena is fascinated with the human body and all the different healing aspects that can be promoted. She loves to constantly learn about what can be applied to help further the healing journey, and has goals to study Reiki, acupuncture, and more. She believes that to be truly balanced, work must be done on a clients body as well as the mind and spirit.
