Harmony House Inn Benjamin Ellis House Bed and Breakfast

Outstanding accommodations. My husband and I have stayed in bed and breakfasts, inns and guest houses for 30 years and this one provides the best breakfast by far, and most comfortable beds of any we have visited. The house is lovely and is located perfectly one block from shopping or the waterfront. We especially enjoyed the collection of historical artifacts throughout the property.

Fantastic bed and breakfast! Prime location for walking around New Bern and accessing major roads. Rooms were furnished nicely and all the amenities you needed were provided. Breakfast was served continental style and was delicious. There was a Jura coffee maker that was incredible! Complimentary beverages were downstairs, parlors downstairs and upstairs, games and books and puzzles were available. The bathrobes were luxurious! We stayed in the Tallulah room which included a jacuzzi with multiple controls speed and force of jets. Would highly recommend!

This was our second stay at Harmony House! The rooms are well appointed and the breakfast was delicious! We were there for Easter and were surprised to see the Easter Bunny left us some goodies outside our door! Great innkeepers! We will be back to visit.

This is definitely at least a 3 star "hotel" if not higher. Also It's not a hotel.. it's a bed and breakfast. I don't know where this 2 star rating came from but the Harmony House is wonderful. Great food, great rooms, great hosts. 10/10 would stay there again.

Gretchen and Tracy were fabulous hosts. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, breakfasts were awesome, and we enjoyed meeting the other guests and hearing their stories as well. Thanks for making our visit to New Bern even better.
