Such nice folks .... came highly recommended by a friend, and am I glad they did! They were willing to come way out of their normal service area for my elderly mother: Aaron went over all the issues and the solutions they would be able to do. Guarantee their coverage for a year, which is transferable to new owners when we sell, and can be renewed anually. Super accommodating, nice technicians that also went over all they did. I am very impressed!!

From my initial information-gathering to the actual appointment itself, I spoke to three individuals with Harmony and they were all very pleasant and professional to deal with. I was impressed! And the technician Nick was very quick, very thorough, and was great at explaining the process and answering all of my questions. His communication was exceptional on the day of the appointment, which I appreciated. So, five-stars for customer service and ease of setting everything up! I thought the cost was high at first, but I didn't understand all that would go into the visit. Rather than just targeting roaches, Nick explained that the chemical would actually target all common pests, and rather than just treat the kitchen where we had seen the bugs, he treated the entire house, inside AND out! And the price includes a full follow-up second treatment, and 30 days of coverage past that in case the problem hasn't been resolved. After I understood all of that, I felt the price was very reasonable! While I don't HOPE to have to do business with Harmony in the future, I have peace of mind knowing that they are there, and if I need this type of service again, I will not hesitate to call them.

We are very happy with Harmony Pest Solutions. Nick has been the technician servicing our location for just over a year and has always done an outstanding job. He is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Harmony pest solutions performs monthly inside and outside checks of our pest traps and sprays for insects. We had an issue with brown recluses in the building when we moved in, but since having harmony pest solutions on site, we haven't seen one. Nick always has a great solution to any pest issue we come across. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone in the OKC area based on Nick's service.

I originally called Harmony Pest Solutions because I had heard nothing but great things from friends and they definitely did not disappoint. When I called, I talked to Miranda on the phone. She very nice and helpful, and they were able to fit me in for the very next day. Nick was the consultant sent to my house and he did a wonderful job. He was extremely nice and made sure all of the services I needed were done in a timely manner. I would recommend Harmony Pest Solutions and Nick to anyone needing pest control services.
