Harmony Yoga

Moline is absolutely fantastic! I took a TRE class from her and was so impressed with her level of care and expertise. It was very helpful and I highly recommend these classes!

Good location, Clean and Calm Space, Experienced Professional Teachers I practiced Yoga at Harmony in 2014, while I was living in PDX for the summer. Moline, the studio owner, is a phenomenal teacher, her classes were gentle, unique, and meditative - she took special care in developing interesting and fun posture sequences. I took several Iyengar classes with Greg Smoots, who has been teaching for 30 years - wonderful and precise teacher.

Wonderful experience being in a space with older military men being open to working with their body and being respectful of their sensations. I look forward to my schedule allowing me to join in again.
