Harpi's "where food is love"

I went for the first time yesterday and got the fish and fries they were absolutely delicious and the favors were amazing. I also enjoyed a delicious drink called love. The gentlemen are charming and talented at their craft. I am looking forward to going back and trying their other dishes and I wish them much success with their business.

Oh my goodness!!!! I'm not even done eating and I'm ready to go back here. The food is amazing and priced well. The owner is friendly and professional. They provided quick service. I ordered the peach Hennessy ribs with rum whipped sweet potatoes and mac n cheese. Let me tell you how good it is! The strawberry lemonade is delicious. Each meal comes with honey butter cornbread. I don't know what they coat it with, but it's sweet and gives you a nice crunch. I cannot wait to go back and try the jerk salmon and dessert.

Downhill fast! This place is still fairly new and has positive reviews but I guess the food is so good to people that they overlook the horrific service. Poor business acumen doesn't begin to describe what I witnessed. I ordered a fish and chips meal after the lunch rush using Grubhub and an hour later was told that the fryer did not work. So they canceled my order, but unfortunately I was already outside so I went inside to see what was available. Not only did the customer before me order something requiring a fryer but I also heard a worker in the background get upset with a customer on the phone basically tell the person off because the customer asked to have their order repeated...so unprofessional! I immediately left and will never attempt to order from there again. There are too many spots out there to deal with such disrespect.

Nice portion of ribs, cooked perfectly tender and kissed with a peach and Hennessey glaze. completed with fries and a side of chunky, homemade cole slaw. Delicious and satisfying. I even got an extra side of rum whipped sweet potatoes - warm and sweet comfort food. You can taste the love. Stop in. Good people , real good food.

Very friendly and fast services, excellent food and drinks

Been going to this location for many years and many different owner's.. This is by far the best it has ever been quality fast service with a very calm laid back attitude.. I had the Peach Hennessey ribs .. Mac & Cheese.. Kale w/smoked turkey.. Very nice portions and everything tasted great; i did not have to add any seasoning at all to anything..If you have never been here i highly recommend stopping by and giving them a try.. Current hours 7am to 8pm as they are just starting the new owner told me these hours himself.. Enjoy because i am going back tomorrow..

Heard and saw good about the Resturant and ran here. First I waited for more than 30 minutes 33 minutes to be exact for the breakfast sandwich. I tried to see how the cook from the small window from where we pay to the Resturant. I saw they were both not wearing gloves while serving and cooking, a guy even scratch his balls and start cooking without cooking. I left after that without getting food. I am sorry fellas I ain’t going their back. Hope you see how they cook your food.

My experience was awesome at harpi’s . I had just gotten off work and wanted something good to eat ,i saw the open sign in the window and said to myself this food better be good and it exceeded my expectations, the crab cake , that kale ,OMGgg,i can eat that kale all day every day, it was so so good better than my grandmothers. I also got the rum whipped sweet potatoes,and that was delicious but the bread pudding,was probably the best I’ve ever eaten and I’ve only had bread pudding once and decided that it wasn’t my dessert of choice but chef Chappell really changed my mind when i ate his bread pudding,it was like the most delicious sweet goodness you can eat ,thank you chef for overly living up to your title Chef Chappell.

The time is 130 PM on Friday, December 28th, 2018. I'm parked in front of Harpi's, I drove all the way from Columbia, Maryland. The restaurant is closed.. I drove here because I heard the food was excellent. The website said the restaurant is open. I've made several calls to the restaurant, but I get no answer. I just hope all is well.

So I went there and had the stuffed shrimp with blistered green beans and new potatoes...EVERYTHING was so good and reasonable. On top of all of that the guys that own this place are honestly good human beings. Beautifully black owned and operated, I will be back again and again and again!!!!
