Got what I came there for and a few extra items. The store was crowded but everyone was pretty friendly and polite about not bumping into each other. The food is kinda pricey but you get a pretty good customer service experience. I had a pretty good experience except for an old grumpy bmale worker near the meat section. He had a disrespectful tone when I asked him if they sold lamb. Besides that j€rk my experience was overall pretty good. I would recommend shopping here.
I’m not going to give it one star because the store has a good selection albeit sparse at times lately. But, unfortunately, yesterday was the last time I will go to a Harris Teeter by choice. It’s a shame too, I used to love shopping for groceries. I had a great nostalgia surrounding it every time and have been a long time supporter for HT. Great prices, clean, deals, friendly. I just can’t take it anymore with this place though. I can’t justify $3 heads of lettuce. I can’t handle the horrible people that shop here who are rude and off putting not that that is in the store’s control. The service is just bare bones, awful, and downright rude at times. It’s a shame and it’s not worth my time and definitely not worth my money. I’m not the only one leaving this store because I know others who have the same reason for leaving. I know it’s not a big hit to the company but how this decline has affected me is large enough to stop going for the rest of my life. That’s it.
I love shopping here. Very safe and good in stock. Additionally, I left my wallet at the self checkout recently and didn't realize it until the next morning when I called the store. They had secured it for me, and nothing was missing from it ... I am forever grateful!
Parking is almost always a nightmare and this is primarily due to folks traveling in from out of town for all the local restaurants and stealing all the parking!! That being said the staff are incredible and they operate very well for one of the smaller Harris Teeter locations in the city. Keep up the fantastic work team!
I was asked to bring a shrimp ring to a Christmas Eve party. They were $5 on sale, plenty of shrimp plus sauce. I was surprised that I found a good parking spot and that the store wasn't packed. In and out very quickly.
This is probably my favorite Harris Teeter to go to. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Grace is one of my faviorte employess at this Harris Teeter. This store stays busy but is always very clean
I've been with the company 6+ years hardworking employees however some in management are not as experienced in how to treat their employees. The pay I feel is unfair to most because some managers have favorites so though they may not work as hard as others they're paid more and not due to the length of experience..
I love shopping @ Harris Teeter. And the fuel perks is a definite plus. Seafood department meat is always fresh and great customer service.
Not bad to shop at expensive definitely, Wouldn't recommend working I had a terrible on boarding wasn't informative at all about things they should have told me when I got hired, company is very cheap also they only offer 10% discount for employees and its ONLY For Harris Teeter no other brand items AND You have to pay for your own ugly uniform that they have. With 15.00 Pay. They also emphasize that they dont want Employees working over 40 hours which is terrible with the hourly pay.
Stopped by on Sunday, 12-12-21 while running errands. Not the HT store I frequent the most. Usually I go to their competitor when I'm in this area. I'm a bargain shopper, food included. Was browsing the produce section. Was glad to see coupons, but gladness quickly turned to disappointment when I saw that the marked down apples had mold. I bought a barbecue sandwich & a small chili from the tent outside the store. The chili was filling. I didn't know until I got home that the sandwich came with no condiments at all. They did give me plenty of meat.
