Harry and David

I ordered a Picnic Basket for my daughter's wedding because I couldn't be there. They told me when I called to find out what happened, that it had been held up. They told me that after I called, a day after the delivery was due! They then said they'd give me 20% of my next order! FAT CHANCE!

I went to Harry & David to get a gift basket for a friend today and met the most friendly and helpful person in a long time. Nick was so great in helping me create a custom basket. He also offered me different samples that I couldn't resist. All I can say is we need more Nick's in this world.

I loved Harry & David's. It is so sad to see them close this store. It was one of the main reasons I still shopped at Towson Town Center. I loved their Chocolate Decadence cake and loved the Moose Munch.

Staff very helpful and upbeat, love the moose munch and free beverage.

I had alot of fun taste testing. I purchased a couple of ingredients I plan to use for Thanksgiving dinner. Staff were very nice but were aggressive in upselling.
