Called receptionist placed me on hold then receptionist who has no medical training but thinks shes a doctor the way she sounds she has no manors hung up..unbelievable. I called back no answer again very unprofessional rude and uncaring I'd look else where they hire kids from high school who think because they work answering phones that they're medical professionals and talk down to patients ..why do they do that because it's cheaper to hire these inexperienced receptionist with no etiquette or proper training.

I had an excellent experience seeing Dr.Kingsbury. I Never met a doctor who is so caring about his patients. Dr.Kingsbury took the time to thoroughly examine and explain everything to me, and has excellent bedside manners. I highly recommend seeing him. Jennifer was great and very accommodating.

I have been a patient of doctor demeo for 15 years. I have had many gastro and throat issues. Doctor demeo has been fantastic in treating my issues. He correctly diagnosed me with severe diverticulitis and sent me to great surgeon. He also correctly diagnosed me for barretts esophagus and has been treating my condition and keeping it under control. Doc demeo is ultimate prosseional as are all his staff. Great place with very nice staff. Dr Kingsbery is amazing! So down to earth, and caring. He takes his time explaining everything to you and listens to all your questions and concerns. I tend to have very bad medical related anxiety, but always leave with peace of mind after speaking with him. So glad I found this place, could not have asked for a better gastro! Amanda K

I see Dr.Kingsbury & he’s been great. I have many issues happening at once, he’s been nothing but patient, and a great listener and will do the best he can for you. I appreciate that so much. Those are some hard to find qualities these days! I highly recommend him if you are having any gastro problems.

I’ve had colitis for years. When I had a particularly bad flareup months ago I went to Dr. DeMeo. My entire exam was done by his PA. When I was taken to Dr. DeMeo‘s office, he spoke to me for less than five minutes. I told him at that time that I was having 6-8 bowel movements a day along with other symptoms. I told him that I had previously been on medication which had worked. I told him the name of the medication. I told him it had been years since my last colonoscopy. He told me to go to another floor and pick up cups for my stool samples. I left there feeling like I had been dismissed. I got a call a week later from his PA telling me that everything looked fine. I have not been fine for the last six months. No meds. No colonoscopy. No follow up. I had to go through another appointment and another exam with another doctor who is now treating me. A totally different experience than I had with Dr. DeMeo.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. DeMeo for over 15 years as we have had colon cancer in the family. With routine colonoscopy, polyps removed and medication when needed, has keep us both healthy. Very easy to speak to.

My wife and I have been pateints of Dr. DeMeo for close to a decade. Very professional and speaks to you and at times is known to give it to you straight! Well needed might I add. Knowledgeable and takes his time in the consultations and just Excellent bedside manners. Have and will continue to recommend Dr. DeMeo to all in need of his services.
