They have treated me like family from the beginning. I started treatment here because of a messed up shoulder and they have been on top of it. Great physical therapists and staff. Knowledgeable and experienced Thank you all.

I moved to Rapid City while in the middle of physical therapy for a "frozen shoulder", which was quite painful and limiting. I sought a referral from an Urgent Care and was put in touch with Hansen PT. They were able to see me the same day and start me on a program involving therapy at the facility as well as teaching me exercises to do at home. I made a full recovery much faster than I thought possible. The staff is friendly, professional, and passionate about providing the best care possible. No one was ever too busy to address any questions or issues, including the office staff,who were very accommodating.. I have had experience with several PT facilities and Hansen is the best by far. I would recommend them to family and friends without any hesitation.
