Everyone here is very helpful, respectful, and attentive. I really appreciated the quality of care and the opportunity to help the students learn how to master their craft. I would highly recommend joining the teaching practice as a new patient, as they try to go above and beyond to help you fulfill your teeth goals. Well worth the extra time that goes into their sessions. Entrance is located to the left of the main building. Enjoy!
The “bedside manner” of the Residents in this clinic is excellent; that part of their instruction was not omitted. They also work to keep the patient informed, sometimes going as far to provide a rapid communication channel for patients who may run into problems. Scheduling is also very easy, though the wait for an opening for a new patient or one beginning new treatment, may be long I’m a bit of a tough case - which is why I went to an academic institution for care - and I think I overwhelmed my originally assigned dentist by the complexity of my case. I’ve been handed off to a more senior Resident, and am happy with the planned treatment.
Jenna Zhu has been my guide and caretaker during my appointment visits at the Harvard Dental Center. Jenna is kind and friendly. She helps me make my appointments at the Center and sends me reminders when they are close at hand. She carefully explains every procedure in advance and afterwards. She is a competent and knowledgeable dentist. I would recommend her to anyone. Jeff Schwedes
GOOD DENTAL SERVICE AT GOOD RATES, BUT MY PRIMARY DENTIST GRADUATED AND, THEN THE PANDEMIC CAME A THEY CLOSED THE SCHOOL, THAT WAS IN 2020, MY FIRST RETURN VIST IS NEXT WEEK AFTER ALMOST 3 YEARS, WE WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENS HAD GREAT APPOINTMENT WITH NEW DENTISTS ALREADY IN NEW PLANING FOR IMPLANTS AND MORE GREAT PEOPLE MY ONLY ISSUES ARE WITH MY DELTA DENTAL INSURANCE COMPANY
I've been using the Center as my primary provider of dental care for about 10 years. I go because the care is so so thorough. The dental students are fastidious. All of their work is reviewed by Harvard Dental School faculty. The students are also very gentle. If a problem needs to be escalated to someone with more experience, they do that easily. A drawback is that visits take much longer than visits to dentists for whom throughput is an economic factor. So, to put this differently, think about what it would be like to go to a dental clinic where they can give you all the time you need. So, you're paying much less money for the most thorough care imaginable.
Outstanding; World Class; Above and Beyond: Drs. Kim and Dr. Ban along with World Champion Dental Tech Ann Lee make the Harvard Dental Clinic a superior resource for all my dental care needs. Bravo!
Had a great experience and I hate going to the dentist they made me feel comfortable and I was seen very fast
Harvard Dental is professionally superior to any other dental experience I’ve had !
I worked with Dr. Danielle Burgess, and she really took time to explain the current status of my oral health and praised me for what I was doing correctly and highlighted the positive and she also shared in a loving and educational way the techniques that would further increase my oral health. She spoke in a manner that I could understand and provided me with techniques for cleaning my teeth in the hard-to-reach area and provided me with equipment tools to help me improve my overall dental health. I can see the improvement since working with Dr. Burgess and look forward to our next meeting and the status.
I recommend this dental school to all who are willing to exchange a lot of time for savings to get excellent care. By a lot of time I mean 4 years with each appointment 4 hours usually. Unfortunately I have had a four failures. Though I was told that re-do procedures are free, I learned that they cap the refund at 40%. I was pressured to accept a removal of all the teeth on my mandible top and offered only a 40 % refund.
