A wonderful place, warm and inviting. They have an amazing staff there, with people who show that they care every day.

Harvard square it's a great place to work ,or to live ,the food is great,friendly environment since you walk in the door the stuff cares about residents*****

We are so pleased with the friendliness of the staff. It is a clean,and engaging place. Our family member enjoys the dining hall too.

The staff here is good, however when my grandmother lived here with my grandfather, he was really sick and my grandmother said to come check on him every once in a while. But they never came to check on him. Soon he sadly passed away. Overall, I’m rating a 3 star out of 5

Be very aware. They will take control of your relatives power of attorney. Then not help but inteminadte. Look at the owners names and then ask your relatives if they are treated as if they are alone by putting block's on callers and the callers calls.
