Great atmosphere! Friendly staff! They do have a kid's menu, but it's too quaint of an environment to be appealing to children. Best brisket with street corn, potato salad and beans my favorite!. Everything was delicious. Go there to try it for yourself. Reasonably priced, too.
We had the best experience. It was our monthly date night, so we decided treat ourself . Was not disappointed! Definitely will be back! The staff was great as well. The atmosphere was excellent, relaxed but sophisticated.
I went here for brunch. Took about 20 minutes to get a table at 1pm on a Sunday afternoon. The menu is somewhat limited for brunch. I tried the bakery item of the day, which was four small biscuits and some seasoned butter. Not bad but pricey for 7$. I tried their soup which was quite good but also expensive, 7$ for about 4 oz. I had their sage sausage, which was quite good though overcooked. Finally I had their biscuits and gravy. I am a B&G aficionado. The biscuit was amazing but the gravy was a little bland. Still better than the majority of the kinds I have tried. My friend had a burger which she enjoyed quite a bit. Their smashed potatoes side was just mashed potatoes with some other vegetables thrown in. All in all the food was good. Not quite worth the price, considering nothing really stood out as worth it for the asking price. The staff was nice and accommodating. I would come back to try other things. The French toast I saw others eating looked amazing but I wasn't sure I wanted a million calories of sugar.
This was our second time trying Harvest and we have had fantastic experiences on both visits! The service is excellent and the atmosphere is vibrant loud to some as this is a brunch location in a small-ish space so the conversations carry - but not enough to be bothersome in our opinion. We called in to book a reservation this time around as our group was 7 and the online reservations take up to 6. They have great seating for groups of 2-5 but bigger groups should definitely call ahead to get a reservation. The staff was awesome and our food was fantastic! Think fall flavors, colors, and vibe. The menu had great options for everyone in our group and the waitress customized a few orders as needed. Overall a wonderful experience and we highly recommend!!
You know it's good when they can make mashed potatoes taste amazing and delicious but still different than the millions of mashed potatoes you've had before. The biscuits are so light and fluffy and heavenly I didnt even care that it was square! I wanted to drink the gravy with the biscuit and I usually don't like gravy. So good. Great service.
A little upscale brunch spot in downtown Louisville. Cute inside, nice staff and delicious food. However limited flexibility on menu substitution and limited vegetarian options. Pictured is the berry french toast with whipped goat cheese. Overall would definitely recommend...they handled our 20 person party perfectly!
Such an unexpected delicious find on Market street! We were originally going to a different restaurant but decided to come here instead. We ordered the brioche French test and the market strata and oh my goodness it was HEAVENLY! Everything tasted so clean and fresh. The drink menu is WAY longer than the food menu so this is a perfect place if you're looking to start day drinking ; The service was amazing and our waitress was so patient at describing the dishes and recommending us our meal. As far as being a breakfast/ brunch spot, it's a little bit more pricey than you'd expect but still totally worth it.
Harvest was a flawless meal top to bottom. The cheese dip appetizer with the fresh pretzel roll was so good I cleaned the bowl with a spoon. The tartar was as delicious as it was beautiful. I had the duck breast that was without question the best I've ever ordered. I will be back.
Everything from the appetizer hummus dip to the dessert cookie with candied bacon was delicious. They advertise as serving local grown food, and you can tell.
We had read good reviews and therefore booked for dinner a few days ago with some friends during our visit to the city. The experience was overall excellent: every dish we tried was awesome. The selection of drinks was of great quality. The service was amazingly polite and we left having enjoyed a trully original experience. Thank you and keep up the great work!
