They are knowledgeable about all of their products so you can ask any questions including ingredients, product use & which are best for your hair type!!!! There is an extended line of products that you can't get in local stores.

No return or exchanges even if you have just left the store with seal still being on product. I asked if I could exchange a product for one that I felt more confident in and was told no. I think it should be posted someone in the store so customers know.
