As a newer driver who is still easily overwhelmed by driving, finding I had a flat tire last week was very overwhelmingly stressful. At the recommendation of my brother and parents who have used them for many years I called up Havertown Auto Services and they were able to see me right away that afternoon, take my bad tire, and put the new one on for me early the next morning! Their efficiency of quality service, and kindness through it all really makes a difference. I just got my other 3 tires replaced yesterday, and that too was done in a matter of a few short hours. I was back driving the same day and my car runs smoother than ever. I hope I don’t have any more problems soon, but if I do I will definitely be back because I know they’ll take care of me!
I have been a client for 8 years . The team at Havertown Auto is the best!!! Honest, kind, solid communication, and good prices. One time I had a huge chunk of ice stuck to the bottom of my car and they lifted it, took it off and sent me on my way no charge. Mike and Josh and the team are gems of Havertown.
Between myself and my two daughters the guys here have gotten to know us pretty well and always make sure our cars are in good shape. Still waiting for Matt to buy my new car that he keeps suggesting...maybe next time
Havertown has been servicing all of my auto mechanical needs for over 20 years and I will never use anyone else. They are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and providetopnitch service every single time. I trust them completely. If you are not using Havertown Auto for all of your automobile mechanical needs you are making mistakes. Best around. I have tried others and nothing I have found can compare!
Excellent service and care for my old and new cars. Best decision I ever made was leaving our dealership for mikes shop! Can’t beat the customer service and pricing at Havertown auto services!

best automotive business in Havertown. been using them for 30+ years . not one problem ever. do what they say they are going to do and call immediately if repairs are other than they originally thought . highly recommend
I cannot recommend Havertown Auto highly enough. I have consistently received higher quality service here than even at the dealer. Josh in particular has helped me multiple times and has gone above and beyond in terms of service. For example, I had 10 days to get a new EV inspected since it was not possible to do at the dealer. After missing my initial appointment and being turned away at another service center, Josh made time to squeeze it in. Whenever there is an issue with my car, Havertown Auto is my first call. Fair and honest people, great service, and timely work.
As a former service advisor, I know how hard it can be to find a shop that does quality work the first time, provides good communication, and all at a great price. Havertown Auto Services definitely delivered on all three on a recent visit for state inspection. At drop off, I let Josh know he could have it all day, I lived right down the street in walking distance. Before lunch I got a call with my update and I was able to pick up my car shortly after lunch. I highly recommend Josh and crew!!
I was referred to Josh @ Havertown Auto Services by a friend of mine. Josh and his team are extremely professional. I took my Toyota Tundra in for Timing Belt and water pump replacement. The price was on point. There were no surprise charges. He called me when there was an issue, made sure i was okay with proceeding and got the job done in a timely manner. 10 STARS***********
