Customer service was great. The sales people spoke upon us entering the store and we had Noel as our sales women. She is AMAZING! If I had the money she could have sold me that whole store. Knowledgeable, personable and she didn't rush us. We'll definitely be back!
Noel was amazing at understanding what we were looking for and guiding us. She then had us meet with Donna the designer and we were able to layout the entire room, swap out pieces and make it look amazing. Sam the manager was terrific. The process was fun! Best experience buying furniture for the entire house!!
My experience with Havertys has been a great one! From the beginning to the end…..when our furniture was delivered……….The guys that delivered our furniture were very professional, and took great measures to make sure that the furniture was set up correctly and not damaged during the process. Our furniture is absolutely beautiful and fit perfectly in our space. Thumbs up to the delivery crew!
Noel is nice, fun and not pushy. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. The purchase was simple and fast. The young lady in the office was also very good at her job. The store is beautiful and always a pleasant experience to visit.
Jane was very helpful, leaving us free to explore, but making sure she was close enough to answer questions and inform us of options. We found a great fit for our needs, and it only took about 10 minutes to complete the order and be on our way. It was a very pleasant experience.
Haverty's Sales team is the best I have met in many months of searching for a nice sized, attractive power recliner in a pretty print fabric. The store is the only store where I found such a chair. Most recliners I found were big, bulky and ugly. Many were "push back" models, which are almost impossible for a female to push back. So it was difficult to find the style, the functionality and the size I was so tirelessly shopping for. My salesperson was kind, patient, searched for other options for me, explained the function of the recliner and helped me complete the purchase. In addition, I spotted a shelf full of attractive throw pillows on clearance as I was completing my purchase. So my salesperson kindly showed me the clearance room and completed my purchase of the beautiful "bargain priced" pillow. It was the icing on the cake to find such a beautiful buy. I am very excited about the recliner chair and am so hoping it will be the comfortable chair I have so anxiously searched for. Many thanks to the sales team who helped me finalize my purchase. And thanks to Haverty's for having such beautiful furniture.
Bought a sectional sofa titled "Drake Sectional with Manual Armless, Red Brown" 2 1/2 years ago. The "top grain" leather is rubbing off. The pull handle for the manual recliner broke off. We barely use this couch and it's falling apart. Filed a claim almost three weeks ago and haven't received an update. Called the warranty department and they state they have haven't had time to process the claim yet. Very disappointed with the product and service. Update 12/14/22: warranty company finally called me @7pm after putting in a claim on 11/19/22 only to tell me they can’t service my sofa till 1/4/23. This is ridiculous. Update 1/4/23: Service person came out to take pictures of the damage to schedule a different person to fix it….even though I sent pictures of the damage in my original claim 46 days ago. Was given no timeline on when the next service person may be available. I’ve now made two payments towards a broken couch. Update 1/9/23: Received an email stating that it's going to be another 30-45 days for them to respond to my claim that was made on 11/19/2022...51 DAYS AGO!
We felt very welcomed when we entered the store. Our sales person J R was very knowledgeable & professional & the guy that loaded our car was tooMario. I will definitely return to this location.
I bought something but that is about all I can say. There was not a single associate in the entire store that bothered to look up from their work stations, take a break from just walking around trying to look busy or just rudely passing me by without saying a word. This included the designer, And I knee she was the designer because I overheard an associate tell another customer she was, who was too busy flitting about trying to look important. It was not until I had two large vases in hand did anyone ask if I “needed something”. So, I bought the vases and went to Pottery Barn and Urban Market where I proceeded to spend about 10k on furniture and rugs for my new house. Sad but I had cash in hand to spend but decided against Haverty’s. I remember when Haverty’s used to be known for customer service. Being nice matters!
Ms. Shirley is just wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and kind. I just loved my shopping experience that I just kept buying more...
