Very bad customer service , i couldn’t decide what i wanted so i asked the lady helping me , as i found out after her name was Ella. Then when i decided i asked to add banana which she said was an extra 1$ which was weird to me as i always go there and the guy adds in any other flavor that i would like . So then i asked why to the guy in the back and the lady Ella comes back yelling and trying to explain to me why she was gonna charge and she was mad i asked him . Then as she was explaining, she ROLLED HER EYES at me in the middle of the conversation. Very unacceptable and rude . Bad customer service

Hands down one of the best places to go to get smoothies.... As is there other location on e. Broaday

July 19 2022 ,1245pm I ASK FOR wheatgrass this was my 3rd time coming the last 2 was ok  but this day I took the shot of wheatgrass and I had to go to the hospital my heart was beating so fast I felt like I was about to die .I felt because I was Black they didn’t want me to come back  never go to any of their stores again

Amazing smoothies that you can add boba to! I got the hawa with almond milk. SO GOOD. the sweet spin is also great.

Yummy!!  I had no idea what to choose so I asked the lady at the register which are the best sellers. She gave me a few options and I picked one. I got the Passion Green in a Large which is $6. There's a minimum of $7 for a card so I added pineapple to my drink for an additional $0.50. Once tax was added my drink came out to a little over $7. It was delishhhhhhh. I couldn't taste the spinach or kale. The passion fruit takes over completely but in a good way.  The large is ALOT of liquid. I needed help drinking it.  Overall, it was really good. I'll be back soon.

They can make the smoothies dairy and gluten free, and yes they have hot coffee, tea, oatmeal, and other healthy things. It'll be the dead of winter and I'll still be ordering smoothies here just with less ice . Awesome place!!

Best smoothies in the city!! I love Hawa so so much and all their locations are equally delicious. Smoothies and juices are soo refreshing

Just paid the most I've ever paid for an acaii bowl here. Also, happened to be the worst acaii bowl I've ever had. Cheap on the granola, no coconut shavings, and the fruit wasnt even THAT fresh. For the price it was horrendous, and even if it was cheap I wouldnt buy again anyway!

Fresh smoothies with a great texture and sweetness level. I come here every weekend
