I been a member with this bank over 10yrs & I needed a personal loan cuz I was moving to another apartment & needed little help with the security deposit but they didn’t approve me because i didn’t make enough income, which didn’t make sense to me, cuz this is why I need the loan, when I told the lady I got approved for a car loan 6 yrs ago, with the same income, while I was on maternity leave, so how come I was denied? then she said that was pre covid so it’s different I plan on switching banks.
A good bank. Most state employees use this bank to keep their money. Can get busy on state and city pay days. Pays about 10 cents interest for every 1000 dollars you keep in a savings account per month. Lots of free services offered if you have an account here. Check this place out.
Great if you only direct deposit paychecks from the state. Any mainland checks or checks over $5k get held for a long time. I have a side business and have had pay checks held for 3 weeks after banking here for 6 years. I have other accounts that do not do this because I have history with them. That doesn't seem to count here
Don't waste your time with this bank. I had a payroll check issued to me they asked to go to the bank that issued the check and cash it there.what a joke.
Second time I came here and the card machine for deposit dosen't work. Staff is nice! But you would think a bank would have more than 1 card machine behind the teller. Unreal.
