I've been meaning to make this review for a while but shout out to Dawn and Roberta for being absolute angels and helping me secure a loan during these hard times. I came in once after finding out my uncle died and I was in a state of shock to the point where I could barely understand anything being said to me and they were so so so patient with me so huge thank you to you guys hope they see this lol. But yeah, I would recommend this bank to anyone. I usually use the atm for my transactions but if you do go inside everyone there is really nice. Also want to mention that they do everything they can to keep it safe for us including having a doorman who opens the door and limited people inside, which is nice.

Can't access account but they can solicit pay for services to my home. Won't cash my paycheck at all. Never sent my debit card. My only form of picture id is expired but once I'm done taking care of the government's screw job I'm closing my account here too.

Super friendly service. I have never had a problem. They are very fast and efficient. Although I wish the other customers would follow the rules and stand on the red dots instead of moving closer to others. People need to learn to be patient.
