Terrible service. Do we have to call when our supply is out? No one answers calls or returns calls. Unprofessional. No rating at all

not very responsive, phone doesn't get answer and voicemail boxes is always full and cannot take messages. They also do not respond to emails

It's been a couple months since we got our last delivery . We are completely out of drinking water. This is not the first time they have gone months in between.
