Hawk's Point Apts

Probably the cleanest grounds of any complex I’ve lived at or visited. Management gets issues handled quickly. Maintenance requests are done usually day of or next day. I’ve renewed my lease at the same price thankfully. The only real complaint is that the walls are pretty thin.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this complex at all cost. Will ask for a high deposit, and do anything they can to make sure you get very little of it back.

it is a nicex clean, quiet, safe place. granted i am not living in my apartment yet but ill update this post.

Apartments seem high quality on first look but are cheap cheap cheap. Walls are very thin, I can hear my upstairs and downstairs neighbors snoring. Very expensive for the level of quality.

We have lived here for 3 years and every year they have raised the rates a one bedroom apartment is over $1000 for our new lease agreement they simply increase the rate irrespective of people's life if you want your rates to go up every year this is the place for you

I've witnessed maintenance go into a friend's apartment unauthorized while they were not home. Living here uncomfortably sucks...
