Hawkswood Farm

My sister had purchased a Groupon from this vendor as a Mother's Day gift. She had to reschedule the appointment twice, the second time was because we had a death in the family. We all know how that works, nobody is ever prepared for such tragedies. When she called to notify the vendor that she could no longer make it on the scheduled day, the woman on the other line responded with "well I can't keep rescheduling because there are other people trying to book and it's not fair to them if you keep rescheduling etc." How rude and insensitive. No customer service skills and no compassion. My sister hung up the phone with tears in her eyes, as she was already dealing with this difficult incident. Needless to say, we contacted Groupon for a full refund. I hope they treat their horses better.
