Great showroom. Great staff! We learned new trends and technologies for office design. If you are planning your new office, Haworth is definitely the place to visit with your designers.

I mean, at least they were open - which is more than I can say about their closest competitor. Alas, there was no one in the showroom. Nothing is labeled. For those who do know what they're looking for, they don't have chairs with multiple buildouts to test the different options i.e.; lumbar support vs no lumbar support. Tried calling to talk to a representative - nothing. No ring, eventual disconnect line beep. Tried several times, same thing every time. I hate dealing with posh, elitist companies. Can't imagine why based off this experience. Sadly, I don't think it's a company mentality, rather the persona their dealers unfortunately give them. But again, at least they were open.
