Hayber Law Firm

Here's the obligatory 1 star just so I can leave the review. Otherwise Google should allow the option of zero stars instead. This place which goes around masquerading as a "professional" law firm has some of the rudest and most obnoxious people working here, including their own lawyers! They say they will contact you and follow up. They don't. They make tons of empty promises about how much of a settlement you're going to receive. And then they don't call you for weeks or even months at a time to even give you any updates on your case. If you don't take the initiative and always be sure to contact them, they will quickly forget about you. After a few months of these charades, I finally find a much more professional law firm to take my case to. At least they know the value of following up, returning client phone calls, and actually listening to complaints and offering sound legal advice. Haber Law Firm doesn't do any of this. In my opinion, the lawyers care only about holding out for "the big fish" in terms of a multi-plantiff, multi-million dollar lawsuit. They don't care anything about the average client though, and treat you as such. This is the absolute last law firm who I'd refer any of my friends or families to. They are not professional in the least... stay away and find someone else who actually is.

Rick Hayber and his staff were absolutely phenomenal. After a year battle, himself and his staff went above and beyond to win me my case and help me understand everything that was going on throughout the entire process. The whole experience couldn't of been any better. This firm truly cares about you and your situation and they definitely make sure its handled the proper way. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an employee rights attorney. Thank you all again for all of the hard work!!!!

These lawyers are unprofessional and do not bother returning clients' phone calls. Don't waste your time here at Hayber Law. There are other law firm businesses out there who actually value clients business and have the courtesy of at least giving you a returned phone call.

very disappointed in this place. never even heard back from them. just a total blow-off. very rude and disrespectful to do something like that. when you are too busy, you still need to show common courtesy. would recommend this place learns basic manners of returning phone calls. definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. doesn't seem very professional.

After going through a difficult situation at work, attorney Hayber (and his staff) went out of their way to make me feel safe and hopeful. The process was hard for me, but it really made a difference to have an attorney that I not only felt confident in, but that I trusted. If you have an issue concerning a work related matter (or any, for that matter), I would highly recommend choosing the Hayber Law Firm. This firm is professional, and the staff is kind. Mr. Hayber is a wonderful person and a loyal, thoughtful attorney. Again, I would highly recommended Mr. Hayber and his firm.
