Hazel

One of my favorite things about living in this neighborhood is Hazel! It’s such a great place to connect to my community, and honestly we picked it as a weekly spot in large part due to the bartender O. What a guy. Not only does he create fabulous cocktails, but he is honestly so much fun to engage with.

Loved Hazel on my first visit! Lively on a Saturday night with great music and even better cocktails my mezcal drink with activated charcoal was what dreams are made of! Friendly staff too!Service: 5/5

I have always really enjoyed this place, but the bartender that was working today 2/26 was not nice at all. I tried asking him about drinks and asking his opinion on some of his preferences with the seltzers and he said “I don’t drink that”. His attitude was that of someone who you are massively inconveniencing and he acts very snobby. Completely ruined the vibe of the entire place

My number one favorite bar in Denver. The cocktails are impeccably made and the service is amazing. The bartender aka star of the show Matt is amazing. He is the reason I will always come back to Hazel. Thank you for going above and beyond.Food: 5/5

The place is cute and had typical music you could easily sing along to, but I did not expect the prices. Their "homemade" cocktails ranged from $9-15, but my friends and I opted for traditional ones vodka soda, margarita, whiskey coke and they were EACH $14!! Totally not worth it and a reason that I likely won't be returning.Service: 4/5

This is a great bar! The drinks were amazing, I ordered a drink that came with a toasted marshmallow and it was so good. The music was great, and the artsy atmosphere is perfect. They have colored pencils and paper on the tables so you can draw while you're sitting with your friends and there's a ton of cool art on the walls! The bartenders were also so funny and really friendly

Walking into Hazel I knew I immediately wanted to become a regular. The atmosphere of the space is so wonderful, with people chatting, playing games, and doing crafts. The cocktails and phenomenal, the staff are really kind and talented, and the vulgar coloring books available are a blast! Perfect spot for a date, a solo happy hour, or a group of friends.

Can't say enough good things about this place, especially the bar tender owning the atmosphere. O's cocktails are top notch, and his Moroccan pour is the cherry on top.Food: 5/5

Hazel was great. Really good drinks, very fairly priced. All the art surrounding you while having a few drinks was great. Really enjoyed the sheets on the table you could draw on. This is my first time in this part of town, so like always it was important to check out the bathroom mirror quality. They were great, a nice bonus is that the bathrooms had two mirrors. You know what they say, double the mirrors, double the selfies, double the intastories.

Tyler was awesome!! We asked for espresso martinis and he made everything fresh and seared a marshmallow for the garnish! After we played cards against humanity! Such a fun vibe, highly recommend!! Ask for TYLER at the bar!Food: 5/5
