My daughter got lice the first week of school. After multiple over the counter treatments, countless hours removing nits, trying mayo and apple cider masks, and missing work, my husband looked for professional help. Head Lice 911 is wonderful! We were able to get an appointment immediately, even though we called late in the evening. Customer service was excellent. Both my daughter and I felt at ease as she was being treated. The facility is clean and has the feel of a salon boutique. Head Lice 911 put an end to our lice nightmare. I recommend it to everyone!
Annemieke and her skilled team graciously squeezed me and my daughters in on a busy morning, so that we could make it to an important family gathering over the weekend. This was our second experience with them-- the first was several months ago during another school outbreak and worked perfectly. The staff and environment are very welcoming, and they work really hard to help the kids feel comfortable throughout the treatment. They explain everything carefully, show you what they find, answer questions, and make themselves available for rechecks. Thank you so much!
Wonderful job! Head 100% clean and I left feeling confident of a job well done. Went in suspicious of lice, they did a quick check and when they found lice easily gave me a treatment. They also are very patient and attentive to questions and concerns about how to properly clean and prevent lice from returning. Quick, easy, would definitely recommend
All of the people at the company are the utmost professionals! They accommodated my daughter in short notice and resolved the issue very kindly and thoroughly. The environment is professionally setup, w chairs, proper equipment, natural products for my child's hair and even Netflix! The lice issue was no more, and my daughter and I left 100% satisfied and clean! Fast forward a few days later, when my daughter felt some itching and was fearful of a relapse. The owner accommodated us again in short notice for a recheck and did another thorough review and combing of our daughter's hair. There were NO remaining lice issues, just only an overly concerned daughter and father. Again, they were extremely professional and kind w the process. I appreciate their professionalism and highly recommend them for any concerned parent and child.
I didn’t know this kind of service existed until I unfortunately found my daughter and myself afflicted with head lice. I was thrilled to find this place where the staff were professional and friendly, and I knew we were in good hands. I elected to do the in-salon treatment because it was more thorough than I could ever have done for myself. They were wonderful at answering all of my questions, and I now have so much more peace of mind than if I had done an over-the-counter treatment from the store. The main clincher for me was that it is a 100% natural way to eradicate these pests from our life! I would and have already recommended this place to friends I know who are parents of young children.
The lady that did my girls hair was so patient and kind. She was extremely thorough as well. My girls both have curly hair, one being kinky and one not, and hair is tailbone length. It was a bit time consuming considering how long my girls hair is, but well worth it. If my girls were to get lice again, I’d definitely bring them back. I am so confident that with as thorough as she was, there will be no need to come back.
My daughter had lice 3 weeks ago and I treated her myself with over the counter products. So when the school called me to come get her because of lice I felt a little helpless... I was lucky to find Headlice 911 and get an appointment right away. We were very well taken care of. Great place, great people, great advices. Should it happen again I know now where to go and I can absolutely recommend that place 100%.
Unfortunately this is our second episode of lice in 2 years but what a pleasantly different experience we had at Head Lice 911. We were seen by the owner immediately in a clean, bright, and modern facility. She was so friendly and professional. Her extensive knowledge was evident and we appreciated her sharing what she knew with us. What’s an added bonus is that her products are all natural! She gave us post-treatment instructions. I was instantly put at ease and reassured. Would strongly recommend Head Lice 911!!
Exceptional service , very friendly staff and beyond pleased with the welcoming environment. Annemieke made the whole experience super easy and pleasant.My son and I both had treatment here and they offer all natural solutions which is fantastic since I am pregnant. Great work! I brought 2 girls in for treatment after discovering lice yesterday. The call was promptly answered at 9am and we got an appointment the same day. Joanna took the time to check and remove all lice and nits while making the kids comfortable!
