Prices are high for used gear, bur there are often come super cool unique items here. Things I've got stellar deals on: 35L Patagonia climbing pack, flannel lines jeans, approach shoes. They also often have good bikes on sale. They turn over quickly in the summer though. Good spot!

Owner, Sean is extraordinarily rude and insulting to customers. Wouldn't go back if they had the deal of the century (well, maybe, but I would avoid the owner.) Well, I thought this incident was behind me, but three months later I just saw the response from your business and based on what actually transpired, I need to respond. The video evidence! Wow, you actually have part of what happened! Caught on tape (Lol!) It does show the initial interaction, and if you pay close attention, Sean's initial aggressiveness begins when he turns his back and walks away from me. What the video does not show is that when I walked after him, I actually went up to him and said that I'm sorry if I offended him somehow by asking to rent those shoes, and that's when he absolutely went ballistic and started insulting me and thoroughly reaming me out (now I realize he waited to be out of range of the camera.) It was shocking to be treated like that by anyone, let alone the owner of the store you are considering making a purchase from. The person you referred to shaking their head was the employee working the front counter. And, if you watch the video to the end, you will see he and Sean mocking me after I left. Glad you posted that. I'm not a troll or hater, but I was really, really treated poorly and that is why I posted the review. Sorry, but your business parter is not customer friendly. There was another post I read by someone who had a similar experience to mine with Sean but that post has been deleted for some reason. He obviously has a history of this type of behavior and needs to be called out on it. It's uncomfortable for me to have to write this, and read your rebuttals, but I was severely wronged and have to stand up to you for my sake, and that of other people who may come in contact with Sean. My review stands, and for my own dignity, I will reply to anything you say that is not truth. What you wrote in you initial response was fact mixed with fiction, likely based on what Sean told you. Unless you were the other guy who was standing there when he told me off, in which case you know the truth and are then lying.
