I went to Damia for some Reiki healing as I was feeling stuck and lost. The session we had together was profound. She was able to read my energy with amazing accuracy and reveal the route of my issue. She even pinpointed an age where it started. It gave me a new insight which was very healing. Her wisdom and compassion shone through her words and I felt a sense of peace and ease around an issue that had caused me a lot of stress before. I still feel the effects days later. She is amazing at what she does, I would recommend her to anyone seeking guidance or healing!

I can highly recommend getting a reiki session or training with Damia! I recently took my Level 1 Reiki training with Damia and it was an amazing experience. It took place over two days, in person, at her relaxing space in Astoria. It was great to be able to work with her one to one and discuss how I could integrate what I was learning into my own life. I really like that she has a background in psychology, it was helpful to see the parallels between that and some reiki teachings. I took away a lot more than I had anticipated from the weekend and it's already resulted in positive changes in my life.

I had a reiki session with Damia and she was absolutely amazing! As soon as the session started I felt this warm flow of energy around my upper body. Under her guidance I experienced many subtle and beautiful energy flows going through my body. It felt like my body fell into a nice deep sleep while my higher senses were open. After the session Damia gave me lots of insights about my energy and chakras, as well as advice to better take care of myself physically and mentally. She's truly a caring and loving person and I highly recommend her!!

Overall GREAT experience with private Reiki session Damia, Reiki workshop and yoga foundation class! My private Reiki session was very insightful, helped me understand the inner works of Reiki and how energy healing can help with some health issues I've been struggling with. In addition, Damia is an experienced Reiki master and I really felt a great connection with her which enhanced the energy healing process. I also highly recommend other wellness activities they offer if you are looking for yoga and workshops to have a better understanding of alternative healing.

I was looking for a space to hold my charity event for animals and I found Heal Me NYC. First of all the space itself is a dream come true. It is absolutely gorgeous, zen, clean, professional, and anything else that comes to mind when you think of a place to heal and become whole again. Needless to say my event was majorly successful and all of the attendees were floored with the space and the professionalism and healing powers of the staff of Heal Me. Next, the owner Damia is an exceptional human being. She is now my reiki master and someone that helps me heal with all of the various tools she has in her box. She is beyond intelligent and can relate on so many levels and that is what makes her so easy to work with. She is the real deal and actually truly cares for her clients and space. You can tell! I would not only recommend her, I would ask you to really give some serious thought on getting yourself to this space and heal with Damia and her classes!

Damia is such an amazing person! Healme is truly a hidden gem - it's absolutely beautiful and she brings along this extra sense of caring and light to the space!
