These people are the most evil horrific “things” on the planet. I wish they had zero stars as an option! They need a legit shut down clean out restart with actual intellectual people with an idea of how to do their job. They have destroyed my life, my families life, my husband’s life, but most importantly, my daughter’s life.

Your secretary's are rude as hell. It amazes me that someone can mentally, physically and sexually abuse AND medical neglect in Ma. She ABANDONED those 3 kids. She not ONLY LOST custody of those 3 kids (she didn't bother to show up to that court date. I was there). But then skip on over to New Hampshire and not only have a kid with her brother. You read that right. But ANOTHER child as well. And i have MOUNDS of evidence against this GIRL. And you people are dragging your feet. I WILL NOT let this go. I PROMISE you that.

This place is only designed to help drug addicts and people that dont want to work.. familys that actually need help and are livinng paycheck-paycheck and come across hard times are turned away with disbelief that you are actuallg trying.. makes me sick 😠

Some of the staff can be very rude and/ or unfriendly. I hate going into the office knowing that they put a lable on me the second I walk through the door without even knowing me or my situation.
