This place is one of the most influential healthy places in our community thanks guys for everything that you do. They also have schedules of different events that they have around the facility which is very helpful.

A wonderful place to workout and have a nutritious snack. It is not open 24 hours so be sure to notice their hours. Always clean. Fully staffed with folks to answer questions or assist. All sizes of folks workout here from the beginner with a long way to go to the most fit body builder but everyone is made to feel welcome.

It's okay, but could be so much better. Staff is half and half. Half courteous and professional like LaToya at the front desk (she needs a raise/promotion), and other half are unseemly. However, I am hopeful this will improve as other fitness options matriculate into town, and they are forced to deal with their customer service deficiencies.

The affordability to go to a place where you can exercise swim and eat healthy is next to none in South Arkansas.
