Awesome selection of game meats. Got buffalo bones for my dogs for New Years. Seeing as it has been an unusual year we are having a wild boar roast for New Year's Day! I called for their hours and was told they would stay open until I could get there! I was not a "regular" customer but I am now!!
Venison burgers I cooked up were delicious. The wild boar bacon had a way of making simple bacon and eggs seem grand. Can't wait to cook up the ground Elk!
