Great experience with the office. Hearing aids ordered and received within 3 days. The office manager is excellent and had insurance information within an hour. Office is very clean. Dr. Hough worked with my preteen son. He loves his new hearing aids and we are very impressed with all the new bells and whistles.

Dr. Hough is very helpful and kind. Especially considering my young age, I wasn't feeling great about the ringing in my ears. There wasn't much to be done but he was empathetic and offered some solutions for comfort. He helped me feel better about the situation, my ears and my hearing.

Dr. Hough was great. I went in just to have my hearing checked. He was so very kind and answered all of my questions. Fortunately, my hearing is still rather good but if I needed continued treatment, I’d certainly go back.
