Thoroughly impressed with how Ryan manages all of his hearing instrument businesses and still makes the time to address all of my hearing needs. I have some experience with using hearing aids and it was nice to discuss with a professional who shows a genuine interest in helping me get my hearing back in order so I can go back to my day to day. I had an issue with my pair of hearing aids, and we were able to get straight to the issue within the short time we had together and Ryan even helped me fix a good price for the repair. When you lose your hearing and you're constantly asking family and friends to repeat themselves and you miss most of a conversation it's time to make that decision to get hearing aids. Ryan is great! He gives excellent customer service....prompt, and efficient. He’s very caring and kind and takes time with my 91 yr old dad to make sure he’s hearing satisfactorily. Ryan Conklin gave me a very good hearing aid demonstration which really helped me understand where i need help with the hearing process.
