Great staff! Accompanying my father, I instantly felt "at home" and that the specialists really do care. The audiologists are vibrant and like what they are doing. They are all dedicated to getting you to hear better no matter what ~ lots of cutting edge technology available to assist.

Can't speak to their results however I went to make an appointment and they said they had to "check my insurance" which I already knew did not cover it and thus far it's been TWO weeks and they still have not booked an appointment. This absolutely the most unprofessional back office I have ever experienced!

Such a dedicated group! They changed my family's life.
