Out of the 10+ coworking spaces I’ve worked at here in lower Manhattan, VillageOne is by far my favorite! The environment is very calm and quiet. The community is kind and active. WiFi 180+ mbps lots of seating options free coffee & tea free cookies paid printing dog friendly free skype booth heart of Soho
This is a cool coworking space in soho. Great for writing or whatever it is that you need to do. Good balance of professional and creative types. Great location and chill environment. There is also a cool studio room used for photography exhibits, events and large meetings. One of the most convenient Manhattan coworking locations.
VillageOne makes me want to go out of my way to visit their space. They offer a great atmosphere, pleasant staff, outstanding amenities, a conference room, and a production studio. The beauty of the space is not an exaggeration, and they feature artwork right there at the space. No matter where you choose to make your station, their rotating gallery is accessible and available to see. There are 3D tours that are available on their site! They have excellent lighting, satisfying music, and seem to burn incense or use diffusers to keep the space smelling nice. Whether its to get work done or to get into a creative mindset, their community makes me feel like I'm where I need to be.
This space is so great! I love the location and the space is so cozy! The staff is really friendly and I get so much work done whenever I'm here.
I love this co-working spot! I visited a bunch of them in Manhattan and Brooklyn, and this one has the best vibe... the best staff Lasonta and Cynthia are great! ... an amazing view, and a great location. They play music at the right level to get work done, and there are some really interesting people I've met there.
I was a member there for six months and only left because I moved out of Manhattan. This co-working space has great light, high ceilings, and amazing facilities. The internet is super fast and the people that manage it are super nice as well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to work. Village One's pricing is also the best out of all the places I checked around Manhattan before I became a member there
This is a great and affordable co-working space. The decor and lighting are very welcoming and enjoyable to work in. It's situated in a prime SoHo location with easy access to subways. The co-workers are mostly people in creative industries or tech. They are very nice and it's easy to socialize at the regular social events e.g., art gallery openings--this space doubles as an art and photography gallery. The staff and owner are very accommodating and indulged my request for the chewy Chips Ahoy cookies as the snack they serve. I was a guest or member for nearly two years since they launched. I left because I moved farther away but definitely hope to be back occasionally!
Convenient location, open spacious loft space, and friendly accommodating staff make VillageOne the best co-working space in Lower Manhattan. VillageOne locates conveniently above the Broadway-Lafayette Street subway station. When visitors arrive, they will be greeted by the warm sunlight radiates through the tall windows. A welcome hug to start the day. As visitors navigate for seating, there are plenty of lush green plants placed beautifully between worktables. There is no wall and no dedicated desk. VillageOne provides shared tables, sofas, and standing desks. VillageOne welcomes visitors with all the must-have amenities, high-speed wifi, coffee and cookies, a conference room, a private-booth, standing desks, and more. An accommodating staff is always available for questions and assist in any need. If you are looking for a lofty, spacious, co-working space in Lower Manhattan, VillageOne is your choice. Location, location and location. I am a member and highly recommend VillageOne.
Great working space quite and cozy standing desk options, coffee, tea and a sound proof phone booth cubical, pet friendly to and a meeting room with some very nice decor ! Highly recommend this over a wework will be coming again for sure!! and awesome and helpful staff. Also includes a production studio . Also solid wifi and plenty of outlets which is a must for a good co-working space! and lighting isn't to bright or to dim just right! Will be telling my friends about this space as well!
VillageOne is a gem of a find. After years of exploring a large range of co-work spaces, members clubs, and belonging to a handful of them including WeWork, I felt not only most productive, but also socially comfortable at VillageOne. No hidden fees, giant deposits, up-selling, etc. what you see is what you get. Ownership is very reasonable and human - no unnecessarily rigid corporate barriers or policies here. Location: Heart of Soho, can't ask for more. Space: High ceilings, tons of even daylight, good air quality and appropriate noise level. Never once felt crowded or in need of more space, but in enough company to not feel isolated or stale. Private Offices: Doesn't apply to me since I like hot desks. I believe they are currently in process of expanding more of these. Ownership and Staff: Easy going and fun, but mature and professional at the same time. Consistently approachable, attentive and receptive. No moodiness or attitude here. Members: Interesting and considerate people who are there to work, but are approachable, accommodating and gracious with easy smiles. This is what a shared community should feel like. Value: Hands down the best return for the dollar I've found in the city yet. Exceptional 5/5 overall experience. No regrets.
