Heartland mediators went above and beyond from day one to make us comfortable with the process. I never felt rushed or confused and they were willing to answer all questions patiently. I was thrilled to know they were working for both of us and not taking sides.

Jim was thoughtful, caring and resourceful throughout our divorce. He took a very difficult time and navigated for us so we could start our “new reality” in a loving and peaceful way. You can’t ask for much more when going through a major life change. He really cared about us. I recommend him highly.

Jim and Phil are excellent listeners, very detail oriented and empathetic. The method they use is child centered and family focused and I don't know how you could ask for anything better than that.
