Worst company ever to work for. The VP of HR can make any mistake she wants and passes the consequences to others instead of admitting her mistake. Changes the employee handbook to meet the situation to how she feels on that day. Avoid this company unless you want to be under paid, not appreciated, and having the rules changed to screw over employees. If you get injuries you might as well leave and not come back but it's okay for the VP to drag out injuries and try to get insurance to pay for false claims. Do not work for this family owned business. Brother and sister will bend over backwards to promote and protect their step son and wife working for the company and plow all others into the ground. Lousy pay, over priced benefits, and will threaten you if you apply for unemployment if fired. The company controller is her little pet and will do anything to save himself.
