I have subscribed to Heartland Security services for many years. When I planned my new build, I had not considered any other security service. Heartland Security is a local business that provides reasonably priced services with quality products. I have always experienced prompt and efficient responses and anticipate more of the same in years to come.
Heartland was great to work with! Very friendly and knowledgeable , got everything hooked up in a timely manner and also answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend. I will update again in a few months with how services have been, but great this far!
Heartland Security has great customer service! They are excellent at communicating and are quick to answer any questions I may have.
I would recommend them as they don't oversell the system but did let me know what else was available if I wanted later. Allen was the installer of the system . He was on time and was polite and did a great job of explaining the system when he was finished with the install.
The installer was great and answered all of our questions, sometimes more than once. He was fantastic and really listened and seemed to care.
Extremely happy with our new security system. It gives us peace of mind to know we're being looked after.
This is my experience, don't expect the service you get from there parent companies. Very slow on notifications. Was told that's not them, it's alarm.com the app they use. All in all my experience has been very poor. We just want our new system to work properly with out excuses.
After a decade plus relationship we can say Heartland Security has quality products and service.
