What a great space the owner has built! The environment is one of support, kindness, high energy and focus! I love the concept of this being a gym just for trainers and their clients. There's plenty of space and equipment. And the fact that I can leave my phone and keys somewhere and walk away without worry, speaks to the safe and trusting environment he's built here. I've been seeing my trainer here for a month now and really like this place.

Nice Gym, Horrible trainers.. I came to Heat and began working out with Personal Trainer CrystalBeyond Fitness. Crystal NEVER Motivated or encouraged me all she did was talk at me and stand there with a blank look on her face while I did the workouts that she had planned for me. Crystal was also always in a bad mood. I switched gyms and trainers and unbeknownst to me Crystal began making Unauthorized purchases with my debit card. Crystal would not return any of my phone calls or text messages regarding these Unauthorized purchases. I had to deactivate my card which was really a headache for me. I'm still waiting on my bank to refund my money. PLEASE do not use Crystal if you decide to use the personal trainers at this gym. She is a thief and a Liar!!

Gym is ok. Everyone seems like a family here. I didn't see anyone wiping down equipment and I caught the flu here. Otherwise, it's a nice gym with lots of equipment and the trainers seem nice.

I haven't worked out in over a decade my trainer is very patient with me its a decent gym in the area not over crowded..

Doing a great job of maintaining a clean environment. Equipment can be updated a bit but otherwise a great facility.
