Heather Carlson RE/MAX recently helped us sell our house and I am happy to leave a review! Heather is extremely knowledgeable, a true professional and a genuinely nice person. She sat down with us and helped us to decide the best way to proceed in this difficult housing market. She helped to navigate all aspects of the process and really took care of everything from start to finish. She was always responsive and quick to follow-up when I had any questions. I never felt like she didn’t have a handle on the situation and always felt extremely comfortable that she had our backs. She is energetic, upbeat and always positive. Our house was probably one of the smaller properties that Heather handles, but she treated us with the same professionalism and courtesy as you would expect from a million-dollar sale. She definitely makes you feel like you are her only client. She handled all of the hiccups that can unexpectedly occur, and we ended up closing on time and over asking price! Lastly, I truly feel that she has become a friend to me and my family. We will only use Heather when we buy our next house, and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a competent, professional realtor.
