Heating Ontario

Stopped at a traffic light, before continuing southbound on a north-south artery, where the curb turning lane has been removed and lanes adjusted to allow for Crosstown subway construction, the driver operator of the marked Heating Ontario van completely cut me off. Once the light turned green, the driver changed lanes from the passing lane to the curb lane in the middle of the intersection, without notice or signalling, to the very lane I had been occupying right beside him. I had to brake to a full stop to avoid a collision. A call to this fine gentleman after pulling over and looking up his number to ask for his explanation produced an expletive-filled response. Considering how completely unaware and oblivious this driver operator is to the simple rules of the road and road construction, I cannot imagine him to be an honest or trustworthy contractor. Never in a million years would I trust him with anything to do with my home hvac issues. Customers beware.

I had Or Sela come in to fix an ac unit in a condo. He charged us $100 for visit fee and then when asked to complete the work, he disappeared and kept ignoring my calls. I ended up getting another contractor come out who charged me $200 to fix the AC that Or Sela quoted $1000-$2000. Don't hire this guy or this company. They're just out to scam you. Also, all their 5 star reviews are from fake accounts. Don't trust a company that makes up their own fake reviews. Descipable.

Very unprofessional in promising me that they would fix my AC after taking the diagnostic fee they charged and never showing up again. After numerous calls and conversations, Or Sela(the contractor), eventually stopped saying he would come back and resorted to increasing the repair quote from $500 to somewhere in the thousands. I felt betrayed and helpless. Would not recommend.

We used Heating Ontario 4-5 years ago. we were very happy with their service, so, we called them again. They gave us a very reasonable price. The furnace installation went smoothly and we are very happy with it.

Heating ontario installed a furnace in my house exposed the wires which caused a blown fuse.. they refused to accept responsibility
