Heavenly Market and Deli

I've tried ordering online 4 times and 3 out of 4 of those times there were issues and had to get refunded. Ive called the store and was told yall don't take delivery orders. And yet you're open on 8 different delivery apps. I'll stop attempting to order from here. Seems like no one knows what the issue is so it probably won't get fixed any time soon. But yall should probably take yall store off of doordash, uber eats, etc if yall aren't accepting orders

Inflation is crazy. $7 for a bacon egg and cheese is wild.

Only deli open and making sandwiches on a Sunday night at 12. I got 2 grilled chicken wraps. They were exactly what I wanted. The guy making sandwiches was working hard and did a good job. Good selection of chips and drinks. Not the cheapest deli but wasn't overpriced. Will definitely go back when I'm looking for a late night sandwich.

Honestly probably the worst deli in nyc. They charge higher prices than are advertised which is already too expensive, use eggs from a bottle in their breakfast sandwiches, stale bread, rancid cream cheese, the staff is either unfriendly or incompetent, oh and all of the milk was expired. I could keep going.

Asked to use the bathroom and he was asking for $5 dollars per person.

The person who rang me up added a sexist comment and scolded me. Super uncomfortable experience… apparently he’s like this with other girls too ; Update: just found out they OVERCHARGED ME TOO

5.09 dollars for a bottle of San pellegrino. Enough said. Complete rip off

Cannot comment on the food as I have never bought anything besides water or chocolate from the place but damn it smells awful in there. You can smell the heavy grease smell from the outside and when you go in, it’s as if you entered into a bottom of a deep fryer at McDonald’s that has not been cleaned for ages. The smell stays with you, on your clothes, your hair for hours after leaving the place even if you were there for less than a minute. That place needs some proper ventilation system ASAP!

It’s 1130pm on a Monday and I’m eating the best spinach salad I’ve ever had with all the fixins….praise heavenly, skip whole foods

I bought TOSTITOS chip which says $4.29 on the bag. The cashier charged very fast $5.00 plus tax. I almost missed how much he charged. I asked my receipt to double check. The cashier gave me a very nasty look. I was right he did over charged me. I read reviews about this store and found out that I was not the only one ..... many customers were overcharged. I got my money back after I pointed it out but I know I won't go back there any more. Please avoid this place. If you dont have a choice except going this store, just make sure you check your receipt. Best option is STOP GOING HERE.
